Vuela, 9 months in American oak barrels


VUELA ROBLE
Coming from the oldest vineyards in the area of La Aguilera, province of Burgos, where a thorough selection of grapes is performed. The maceration is done at a controlled temperature between 16-20 days, malolactic fermentation in American oak barrels of 300 litres for 9 months.
TASTING NOTES:
The quality of the grape gives us cleanliness and aromatic honesty based on notes of mature blueberries and plums, fleshy, friendly on the journey but not renouncing to a respectful structure and a generous final of fruity and spicy, a perfect balance of acidity.
