Cimal Tempranillo 6 months in American and French Oak barrels

CIMAL TEMPRANILLO
Cimal is produced from Tempranillo grapes that have been grown in our own vineyards. The soil consists of a mixture of clay and sand with a high concentration of limestone and many small stones. The stones help to retain the moisture in the soil during the long dry summer season.
TASTING NOTES:
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast. Cimal is aged 6 months in barrels of American and French oak and 6
months in bottle before its release.
