From vineyards located in very poor, dry, calcareous and stony soils. Under the continental climate of the high plateau in the Region of Murcia in southeastern Spain. At an altitude between 600 and 900 metres, with average yields below 1.5Kg per plant.

Four months in french and american 50/50 barrels of 300l
Tasting
Garnet, cherry rim. Aromas of spices, ripe fruit, new oak, vanilla, cinnamon and pine nuts. Expressive and balanced, structured mouthfeel, full-bodied, very elegant notes of ripe fruit.

It is recommended to drink it between 16 and 18°C
