Looking for the maximum respect for our environment and betting for the future of our land, this Cava is born. Made from organic Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards of Requena, it is produced using the most environmentally friendly methods. The grapes are harvested at the beginning of September in vineyards exposed towards midday, always seeking to obtain a fine Cava with a very important weight of fruit.
