Garnacha
Paraje de Titos
Paraje de Titos is produced from Garnacha grapes grown on vineyards whose soil consists of a mixture of clay and sand with a high concentration of limestone and many small stones. The stones help to retain moisture in the soil during the dry summer season. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast. Paraje de Titos is aged for 9 months in American and French oak barrels and two months in bottle before release. Paraje de Titos is full-bodied with a round palate, soft sweet tannins, and a long finish. Serve Paraje de Titos slightly chilled with any meat dish.
